Celestial Cotons is a reputable Coton de Tulear breeder located in New Jersey, proudly preserving the original Malagasy bloodlines introduced to the United States by Dr. Robert Jay Russell in 1974.
Dr. Russell founded the Madagascar Coton de Tulear Club of America (mCTCA), the first and original Coton de Tulear club dedicated to protecting the breed’s authenticity, health, and temperament.
Our Cotons come directly from these historic mCTCA lines, known for their exceptional health, true Coton personality, and rare heritage. At Celestial Cotons, we focus on responsible, ethical breeding, offering well-socialized Coton de Tulear puppies raised with care, transparency, and love.
